Preferences Don’t Predict Performance

Many have tried, none have succeeded- personality tests don’t predict how well a new hire will perform. Leading career assessments have been based on preference for decades. This has done nothing to change alarming rates of both local and global job dissatisfaction.

What someone wants to do doesn’t predict what they will be best at doing. Validated Conative assessments predict what people will and won’t do naturally.
